Mike Pedler gehört zu den renommiertesten Wissenschaftlern und Beratern in den Bereichen Management und Führung. Bekannt ist er vor allem für seine Arbeit in den Feldern Action Learning, die Lernende Organisation und Führungskräfteentwicklung. Seine Kunden kommen sowohl aus der Privatwirtschaft als auch aus dem öffentlichen Bereich bzw. NGOs und NPOs . Dr. Pedler ist Professor für Action Learning am Henley Management College und Honorary Senior Research Fellow an der Lancaster University. He is known particularly for his work with action learning, the learning organisation and leadership development and consults with private, public and third sector clients. Dr. Pedler is Professor of Action Learning at Henley Management College and Honorary Senior Research Fellow at Lancaster University.
